DR. LIZA PASCALE
LICENSED NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR & PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Dr. Pascale has long recognized the profound connection between the mind and body, a passion that has shaped her professional journey. She began her academic career at Georgetown University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She furthered her education at UCSF/SFSU, where she obtained a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Over the next 15 years, Dr. Pascale built a distinguished career as a physical therapist, becoming board-certified in neurology and specializing in the care of patients with neurodegenerative disorders.
The COVID-19 pandemic catalyzed a shift in her perspective on healthcare. Witnessing a system focused primarily on disease management and pharmaceutical interventions rather than promoting optimal health, she was inspired to redefine her approach to patient care. Observing that fear often guided healthcare decisions, she resolved to empower individuals to take charge of their health. This realization led her to pursue a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University San Diego, with the goal of helping patients thrive rather than merely survive.
While working in the clinic, Dr. Pascale developed a passion for supporting mothers as they navigated health challenges for both themselves and their children. Drawing from her own experiences as a new mother, she recognized a critical gap in the healthcare system's ability to provide comprehensive support for these patient populations.
Dr. Pascale is committed to an individualized approach, dedicating herself to uncovering the root causes of health concerns, addressing imbalances, and restoring harmony within the body. She collaborates closely with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique values and needs.
Her ultimate goal is to guide families on their journey to optimal health, empowering them to cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies and fostering a lasting sense of well-being.
In her free time, you will find Dr. Pascale reading at the beach or on the sidelines enthusiastically cheering on her children in their sports endeavors.
